Emotional Freedom Technique
Christine is a trained Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner since 2006. She offers one-on-one Tapping, group EFT Tapping, and consultations with mental health providers. Commonly called Tapping, EFT is a popular research-backed, mind-body tool that calms the central nervous system, clears traumatic memories and reduces chronic pain and illness symptoms. Once learned, it can safely and effectively be used anytime, any place! A practical tool for your healing and self-care toolbox.
Yoga Nidra Facilitation
The practice of Yoga Nidra offers fertile ground for change. Similar to the style of Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra (translated as “Yogic Sleep”) is a form of guided meditation inducing a deep sense of calm and ease in the body and mind. Yoga Nidra quite literally revitalizes and unifies the mind-body connection, inviting the body into a self-healing state. Christine facilitates curated Yoga Nidra sessions for individuals or groups (in-person only).
